Our work begins with the careful selection of high-quality raw ingredients for the production of our products – and continues through to choosing the right vessels for fermenting and serving the dishes that emerge from them.

Janis Marti is an independent ceramicist based in Bern, who has dedicated many years to the craft of making ceramic vessels and applying traditional glazing techniques. For ONRI FERMENTS, he creates fermentation jars and bowls, each given its unique character through his self-developed printing technique.

All pieces are one-of-a-kind and produced in small, limited editions. Currently, they are available exclusively at ONRI FERMENTS events.
